Good Evening All
I'm in the process of starting my IVA, I've gathered all the paperwork I need except a mortgage redemption certificate, and the bank are being slightly negative towards me.
I spoke to them last week and they assured me I would receive it last Friday, didn't come, rang them, "it was posted on Wednesday" still nothing, so I went into the branch today and all they could give me was a mortgage statement, they wasn't that friendly towards me but I'm guessing it's because they would have already received the letter regarding the IVA regarding the credit card, overdraft, etc.
So I spoke to my contact from Melanie's team and he said they maybe able to crack on without the resemption certificate, so fingers crossed.......
