I'm hoping they won't find me, to be honest. My house is tucked away behind others, has no house name up, and can only be accessed through a neighbours garden! I usually have to send a search party out to locate people who are actually trying to find me, and whom I'm co-operating with in giving detailed directions!

I just hope no 'helpful villagers' steer them in the right direction! *crosses fingers*

It is unlikely that they will call, but let's hope they can't find you if they do!

I got my first call from Mercers this evening.
explained our situation and that our creditors meeting is on 19th Feb, he started asking if I was employed, could make a payment etc. I told him if you are representing Barclaycard then you have all this information already along with a statement of affairs, Well then he say's what if your IVA is not accepted?, in that case we will file for immediate bankruptcy and any creditors who voted no will have to explain to the others why they are going to get NILL.
OK I will mark your account not have calls until after the 19th. He went away
