Hi Melanie ... hope you have had a good Christmas period.

Just putting the feelers out here to see how you are with the crystal ball ... McCambridge Duffy are looking to propose my F&F in January (thanks for your support there [:)].)

The situation at the moment is that the IVA was officially failed on 14th December ... One of the creditors has already been on my back asking what i intend to do ... !!!

McD will be proposing the F&F based on the same return as the creditors will have received via the IVA ... a good majority of the debts are with Max now ... any scrying into your crystal ball to see how successful this might be?

I am sure that your offer will be accepted Debbie, and wish you luck for the forthcoming meeting. Creditors would be mad not to accept as there is no better alternative for them, but do let us know how you get on.

Best of luck Debbie. I'm sure your offer will be accepted if its the only alternative to bankruptcy...they would be mad not to.
