Hope you're well. I'm having a telephone appointment with Melanie tomorrow at 3pm, she said it will be for approx 40mins, what should I have in front of me? I want to get everything organised tonight. I have my credit card statements and bank loan info.

You are talking to my colleague, who is also a Melanie!, so you should have details of all of your debts, including the account numbers, addresses and most recent balances, details of your business trading results and your drawings, valuations of any property you own, and full details of your income and expenditure. If there is anything else you need she will let you know.
