Hi Everyone,

My meeting is tomorrow morning at 11.00am. I am being looked after by Adam Preston from Clear Debt who has been great throughout the process. I contacted Clear Debt on 19th August so will have taken a month if I'm accepted.

Keep your fingers (and toes) crossed for me please.

The nerves are setting in now and think it will be another sleepless night tonight!!!

Most of the credit must go to blonde38 for completing her pack perfectly and getting it back within a very short space of time. Some cases will by necessity involve chasing up of statements or documentation, which can be time consuming, but if everyone was as spot on as blonde38 has been then we would be a very happy bunch indeed.

Thanks for all your good wishes. I really hope the IVA is accepted. If not am thinking will have to look at bankruptcy.

The process has been very quick! Luckily I managed to get all my relevant paperwork to Adam very quickly and anything else was scanned and e-mailed to him. I'm single with no dependants and a house in negative equity which my ex lives in so it's been fairly straightforward.

Just have to wait and see what tomorrow brings. Am just worrying as over half of my debt is with First Direct in the form of a personal loan. So if they reject it, it has no chance of going through.

Thanks for that Princess 8 - that's made me feel bit more optimistic!

My meeting is at 11.00am so I have booked the morning off work to take the call in privacy.

Will let you know how it goes.
