So far we have had two votes in, both yes with mods from HMRC and MBNA.
Here's hoping for the rest to all come in as yes at 14.00 today.
Went for a run, had breakfast, so far feeling ok......

Thats good news littleted, what % do they hold?
"Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don’t and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said that it’d be easy, they just promised it would be worth it."

Looks promising to me as the 2 you have named are amongst the most demanding.

I would like to say a big thank you whatever my result to Ian and Melanie for giving me the sound advice of seeing a local IP firm. I nearly went down the route of Clearstart, which being self employed I think would have been a disaster. I have an IP whom I trust and the essential face to face meeting about a very complex proposal.

Given what has now happened to Clearstart I seriously wonder what your situation would have been today.

My earlier comment, littleted, reflects the fact that I have considerable confidence in it going through. If HMRC have voted to accept it and give your business a second chance, your IP must have put forward a proposal that they see as having a reasonable prospect of working.

Due to other commitments I'm on a half-day holiday this afternoon, so I won't be posting, but nonetheless I'll be thinking of you at 2 o'clock

All the best
