hi, I have my meeting on the 22nd. My main creditor is LLoyds TSB. Do you know how they are with accepting iva's?
Do you have any eventsin the North West?

Lloyds TSB were my hubby's biggest creditor and they voted yes

Hi Marsha,
They're being pretty realistic about accepting fair debt management proposals at the moment. Slightly different situation but hopefully a good sign for you.

Hi Marsha

I wish you good luck for your meeting fingers crossed! although Lloyds Bank were not one of mine (my main ones were MBNA & Barclay card) but judging by the other posts here Lloyds TSB appear to be positive with IVAs.

Lloyds TSB are a very commercial creditor and are represented by KPMG who are one of the best insolvency firms in the country. If the IVA is the best option for you and your creditors, you ought to get a supportive vote perhaps with some minor modifications.

Thanks Melanie. I am offering 42p in the pound, hope its enough. Iowe 16000, 10,500 is the TSB so I really need them to agree.

Lloyds TSB had a big lump of my debt but did not vote at all.
