Hi James and welcome to the forum. I would initially contact your IP and take some case specific advice. If it's your IVA and you're moving out or indeed staying in the property and your income and or outgoings are going to be affected I would contact them sooner rather than later to avoid any arrears that may occur.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi James, I split with my partner in the second year of my IVA and it is in my name. Firstly it really grated on me as he had helped rack up some of the debt in my name and then just floated off into the sunset debt free but thats just me being bitter. I managed to get a lodger to live with me and my IP put a proposal forward which reduced my payments for an affordable amount but did extend the IVA by a year. The following year I was lucky to get a large enough pay rise at work to manage the house on my own and still keep up the revised payment. At the end of the day your IP is their to help and it is not in their interest for the IVA to fail so take a deep breath and call them I just went through the situation and then had to write to them with a new I&E.
