and I've just put all the names of the employees and directors in on a search for all courts and all offices and my initial thoughts were correct not one! These people are fleecing my husband but he's so nice he won't see it or hear anything bad about them!

Hi Lesley,

Good Lord! I'm sorry to hear that the bosses can't/ won't help and with everything else that's happening.

You have a great support in Melanie so don't loose heart. You've come through so much already and are far better than these selfish whatsits.

All stuff sent to Mel and her team just now. I'm so angry at the minute about his bosses and truly feel they're screwing him over on this one. He's the sort that won't have a bad word about them etc., but I'm furious and I've been taking it out on him but right now I'm talking x

My hubby can be incredibly naive when it comes to his boss so I know how frustrated you must be that he can't see what you see.

You are obviously devoted to each other and totally committed to the IVA so you will get through these dramas.

Tonight calls for some Diana Ross-style diva behaviour or wallowing in self pity with a bottle of wine and a tub of ice cream!!

Hi Lesley hun, Goodness I wish there was something I could do or suggest, you have both done absolutely everything you can.
I would take great comfort in the fact you have melanie behind you as an IP, I would not want anything like this to happen with the IVA company I am with.
Everything is probably looking really black to you right now, but Im sure it will start to change soon. Your such a wonderful support to everyone on the forum n u really dont need this right now!

That's great news Lesley. You must be very reassured by Melanie's call...hopefully you'll get a good night's sleep tonight and release all that pent up stress.

I've actually eaten my tea tonight for the first time this week instead of the normal rubbish I've been eating.

I feel so much more positive and will now get someone in to fix this boiler and the roof and get a new shower with a one month payment break. x

Lesley, i cant believe i have missed this thread.
I know we had a little chat on MSN but i hadnt realised you had been having so many problems all at once.
I really really hope you can work through this and that Mel can help.
You're such a lovely person and really dont deserve this.

Im always about if you need rant about anything.
Keep your chin up and I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Love and hugs to you all xxxxxxxxx

thanks folks, Melanie will sort me out and rang me as soon as she got my email as she didn't think an email would convince me there was a way forward...she was right and that phone call meant the world to me, almost as much as the one that said IVA accepted. x

Oh lesley, what horrid people his work are being. Am so glad you've got positive news from Mel and a way forward. Shame we not closer as we know someone who would have been able to do shower and boiler reduced.

luv and hugs xxx
