No news as yet on the payloss front. Hopefully they had a chat yesterday and may contact him today or tomorrow? If not by the end of the day tomorrow he's going to ring them he said.
This morning the boilers packed up again, no heating or luke warm water at all now and the ceiling in the bedroom is leaking, sometimes you could just hibernate couldn't you and wake up when the IVA has finished. Oh well guess I'm healthy 'ish' and happy 'ish' so email to IP sent and hoping we'll be back with heat and lukewarm water soon and you never know I might be able to remove the waste paper basket that is strategically place on the bedroom stool too! x

Well just got in the shower or just prior to it wouldn't turn on, it did eventually after many attempts, not sure what is wrong there but will ring hubby in a min to look at it. Nothing else can go wrong I know or can it? x

Things have gone from bad to worse, we now have a broken boiler, a leaking roof and a broken shower along with a big fat NO from his bosses for any help!
I hit the roof as per and took it out on him for a careless comment he made, their reasoning there is someone else in the same situation as us. A workforce of 5 and two in an IVA, I'm looking on the Insolvency Register tonight even though I vowed I wouldn't look at it again until my IVA had concluded as I want to see who this person is, I'm doubtful there is another person and wonder if he knows what he's talking about and realises the Insolvency register is a public document.
I've spoken to my IP (Melanie) and will be submitting a revised I&E tonight and hopefully find a way forward.
