I am sure you have nothing to worry about. I am with MCD (nearly due for 1st annual review, eeks!) and although the whole procedure is nerve wracking they are there to help you and would not put something forward that they think would not be accepted. Get a good nights sleep and don't worry, all will be well.

Good vibes are on the way. MCD office is only a few miles from where I live in Derry, so I'll drive by in the morning and send all the positive vibes that I can.

I'm sure you will be fine.

IVA ONE OFF ACCEPTED!!!!!!!!!!! I am sooooooo relieved and so appreciative that we have been given a second chance and believe me I will NEVER make the same mistake of getting into debt again!!! I can't believe we get to keep our lovely home and no more phone calls/letters to our home and work!! I can't tell you how impressed I am with McCambridge Duffy!! I heartily recommend them to anyone looking to enter an IVA. They were fast and efficient. From the day I first spoke to them to today the day of it being accepted was around 3 weeks-3 and a half weeks!!!! So glad its all over and now I just have to focus on getting my parents paid back. Thanks to all you wonderful caring people on this forum, you have helped me keep my sanity through this ordeal!! Just for your info, all of my creditors voted and they all voted in favour of the IVA!!!!! The dividend they will receive is 19p in the pound.

Thankyou Kallis, I will indeed stick around [:)]. Although ours was a one off IVA, I do have to pay my parents back starting immediately and I am going to be struggling just as if I were in a 5 year IVA so will still need advice and wonderful support from all the lovely forum members [:)]x
