I am with MCD (nearly due for 1st annual review, eeks!) and although the whole procedure is nerve wracking they are there to help you and would not put something forward that they think would not be accepted. Get a good nights sleep and don't worry, all will be well.

I heartily recommend them to anyone looking to enter an IVA. They were fast and efficient. From the day I first spoke to them to today the day of it being accepted was around 3 weeks-3 and a half weeks!!!! So glad its all over and now I just have to focus on getting my parents paid back. Thanks to all you wonderful caring people on this forum, you have helped me keep my sanity through this ordeal!! Just for your info, all of my creditors voted and they all voted in favour of the IVA!!!!! The dividend they will receive is 19p in the pound.
