Hi Lapdog,

Yes, that sounds fairly typical (if you look around some of the other posts related to MBNA)- and equally monumentally vague.

Good idea to have a plan 'B' tho, unfortunately not everyone has.

Hopefully Melanie you will be able to change their mind when you meet them - i would be loads better off bankrupt but would loose my job!!!
