Its amazing the difference in emotions, just before that first call you feel the lowest you possible can. Then after that call is made you feel on top of the world. You are in great hands. All the very best.

I am also proceeding with melanie and I can assure you that you are in safe hands. Remember you are halfway there just be recognising that you need help and support. Keep posting as well if you need to know anything as we all try to help where we can.

She'll get back to you as soon as she can. I think she (and most other IP's) are very busy at the moment.

We're with Melanie too and I doubt you'd go far wrong being with Melanie and her team. I actually cried upon hearing Melanie's voice when she first rang me! How silly do I feel now, but just hearing her brought the relief out in me as I felt totally ashamed until that point. I'm so glad that things are moving in the right direction for you and all this will be behind you very soon and keep reminding yourself your're moving on to a positive future. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
