Haha. Well my weekend has been very good so far. Chilling out watching German Grand Prix with my missus.

Got some burgers and buns I picked up cheap at Co-Op as I went by from work on Weds and put in freezer. £5 worth of food for £1.75. Bargain cheap BBQ for us.

We've got lamb for lunch today, parents are across and we're watching the cricket.

Dragged myself to do a car boot sale. Made £45.00 for myself and £20 for OH!!.

Came home to a lovely roast lamb dinner and now going to have a little snooze! Life is good.

It's been a good day - Lewis won the Grand Prix, England are doing pretty well in the cricket and I haven't got to go to work tomorrow!

I used to be in there every day (even looked vaguely human). Gave it up a few years ago and everything went south !

These days I have difficulty walking the young 'un back from pre-school after a day at work. A trip to the gym would finish me off !!!!

I do miss it though.

I could do the gym - just not at that time in the morning! I do the Wii when I get round to it and walk the dogs and that's it.

I find setting up the Wii is enough exercise without actually doing anything on it [:D]
