I have paid all the IVA monthly payments off and the company has now asked for copies of my payslips and a copy of my p60 for the last year, But unfortunately I do not have either as I have lost them during a move. They have said they will issue me with a notice of breach if I don't provide these documents. Is there any way to resolve this without sending any documents? The only thing I can send is my bank statements
Can you ask your employer for copies of bank statements, they will often provide them, P90?? do you mean P60, you might be able to get a copy from your tax office but I am not sure.
Have you asked your IVA company if bank statements will suffice as they show what you earned? I am sure if you explained what happened they might be willing to accept them.
If life is what you make it, I must have been in a strange mood when I made mine
I'm sure your employer keeps a copy of your P60 and payslips. I know of people where I work asking for photocopies of a years payslips and P60 if applying for a Mortgage and not keeping the originals
In these days of computer generated documentation I wouldn't think it impossible to obtain a copy of anything relating to pay be it from employers or the taxman and I think your IP would be doing you a favour by accepting bank statements alone.
I came into this world with nothing and still have most of it left!
