I entered an IVA in May 2008 and due to other circumstances, by december 2009 i could no longer aford the £300 a month, went for 3 months not doing anything and finally entered a DMP with the same company so they had all details of creditors.
Been paying £150 a month for the last 6 months and have been receiving monthly statements seeing where it has been distributed to etc...all well and good.
Thursday just gone i called and made usual payment and went off to work, came home and check emails, and saw my statement through already, checked it through and no payments to LLoyds TSB (total owed to them was around 13k) So called up DMP company and they explained that although they had been sending money to them for the last 6 months, lloyds tsb have been returning it because they have no recollection of my accounts with them. So for now the money is being distributed between the other creditors.
I have received no correspondence from LLoydstsb as i have since moved but i know the people in my old house so would have had something passed on surely!
My DMP says they have records that they have tried to be paying off my debts and have done everything they can to try and find my accounts but they cant.
So...for now, it looks like i have £13k wiped off and am left with £3k to pay, although i fully expect them to come forward at some point in which case my dmp have said they'll just re-jiggle what goes where again and it wont really affect me much.
Not sure about this one, hopefully one of the experts can help but it sounds to me as though LTSB have written off the loan.
Could be wrong though!

What a dangerous practice being followed by your DMP company - using funds you are paying for Lloyds TSB and distributing them to other creditors! Surely this cannot be right?
