DI is disposable income, and a DRO is the new Debt Relief Order which came into force last Monday.

Why not? If no job and living on £120 pre-living expenses and no other assets above £300 a DRO might be appropriate after your IVA's fail.

You mention that your IVA's are Joint - they are probably separate but interlocking ones.

Speak to your IP and see what she says you can do and let us know please.
