I use them as a personal account but will be opening a business account with them this month! I have always found them great, no issues. I get text messages when standing orders have gone out so I know everything had been paid. I think they are looking to start direct debits too which is handy as most companies want direct debits not standing orders.
at least we are living and not just existing...
Last payment left account 10th March 2014
IVA finished on the 25th March 2014
Just waiting on certificate.....

There is another card based business account, with 'Cash Plus'.
Fees appear a little more reasonable than CardOne, but Cash Plus no good if you are likely to receive cheque payments.
I was fortunate enough to have my business accounts in place pre-IVA, but I would consider Card One or Cash Plus if I had no other options (and with business accounts for IVA customers being rare as hen's teeth, there really are no other options).
Good luck with your business venture.
My opinions are just that: Based on my experience and being a self-employed IVA customer.
