I think that character was based on out previous IT person at work - if you asked her anything she'd sigh and say no. I always expected her to say computer says no!

I got the calls to stop fron Lloyds but still keep getting cheque books and interest statements for some reason.

Llloyds tsb are bizarre. I started off with a dmp which they would not entertain they just continued charging full interest and fees. As soon has they received my IVA proposal they then sent a letter accepting my reduced payment arrangement, reduced the interiest and no fees. Perhaps if they had done this in the first place the dmp may have continued. They will probably vote no at my creditors meeting which no doubt would prevent the iVA as they are our main creditors. The only option left then will be BR and if I do that they will probably right to me and say that they have accepted the IVA. Just a ramble at the end as I am 100% convinced my IVA will be successful.
