Hi there. lloyds was my main creditor and the iva was accepted. I think they are very accepting of iva's if it is a good proposal and sensible solution. Try not to worry.

44p in the pound sounds a good proposal to me.

Lloyds are one of the most supportive creditors with regard to their insolvent customers and, so long as you have put the best offer forward, there ought to be no problem in getting your IVA accepted.

Do let us know how you get on.

We owed Lloyds TSB the equivalent of the national debt of a small African country, and they voted yes to our IVA.
In fact, they have still not submitted a claim for our joint overdraft, 14 payments in, which has currently pushed up our dividend from 38p to 40p.
Aucto Splendore Resurgo.
IVA accepted May 2007.
Extended by 12 months in lieu of equity March 2012.
F+F offer accepted May 2012.
C of C received August 2012.
IVA dropped off credit file 24th May 2013.

Lloyds TSB didn't actually bother to vote on mine, they were the only ones who didn't.
good luck, I'm sure it will be fine. x
Full and Final agreed 28th October 2010.

I owed just over £2000 to Lloyds TSB, they were one of my smallest creditors and they voted no!

i think it depends on the individual case. i had the 'dreaded' NR as my biggest creditor and had heard horror stories.... they didnt vote on mine!If you have put the best case forward, then i'm think it should go through.
