I am Barb.. got nieces 1st party tomorrow so have been busy helping sister by watching kids.. and have just made a chilli for adults at the party.. (have to hide it from Gary as he will eat it when he gets in from work).. think i'm just tired.. need this week off i think!!

Think after the high of our IVA being accepted finally starting to come back down to reality!!

Thanks for all your comments, and Paul, thank you very much for your kind offer, I really appreciate it. I am due to speak to the company this afternoon and if I don't reach any sort of resolution, I will certainly take you up on it! I will post an update this afternoon - fingers crossed!!

Hi,

I thought I would just post an update. After much deliberation, my IVA company has agreed to revert my payment scheme back to how it was last year - so from £781 back down to £347 - hooray! Of course I still have to pay the 50% at the end of the year but at least now I have some flexibility and will be able to get by month to month. The only thing is, they decided this on the very day that they took the final debit of £781 and wont refund me anything but at least there is now some light at the end of the tunnel!! Thank you all for your advice and support on this matter!
