Hi Tash

If you don't have much succes this week I would be happy to speak to the IP on your behalf (please note that this is a free service) and see if we can't get the project to work again.

I recently helped a lady called Debbie get the IVA back on track which was on the verge of failing and Br. But with a little intervention and bringing the 2 parties back together then after the creditors meeting the IP decided to keep the IVA running.

Just a thought.

( When I say free I will scrounge a coffee from you at some point)

Tash ... take Paul up on his kind offer ... there are a lot of times in this life that it takes someone to know what they are talking about to make people sit up and take notice. My recently accepted F&F offer I truly believe only came about because one of the 'experts' on the Forum gave me information from the insolvency act that I was able to quote to my IP which made them sit up and take notice in my case.

dont give up on this, like aguise says maybe it would do no harm getting a expert to help you to make them sit up and take notice

good luck

Hi tash

I hope you can get this resolved as soon as possible as it must be worrying.
If you need help take Paul up on his kind offer as it may just need a bit of intervention from a professional.

Good luck and let us know how you get on

That's a very sweeping statement on a website where it is clear that there are some very good IPs who specialise in this type of work.

Please do not make overall comments like that on a site which is here to encourage people to address their financial difficulties and seek professional advice to do so - unless you can back them up with actual fact.

Hear Hear Angela!!!

I am very happy with my IP (though to be honest I have never needed to actually speak with him direct!!!).

It is important for people to remember that for every one IVAer encountering problems there will be many many more whose IVAs are proceeding as planned and who are very happy with the opportunity and solution that their IVA has given them.
47 months completed - 13 months to go.

I agree with michele, Many IPs are great and sort out many peoples debt. this site is a godsend and I personally hope that it stays as helpful and informative as it is now.
