Does the forum have a list of which banks are related to other banks etc.Seems to me that you would have to open a lot of accounts with several Banks etc to be sure that if you took up an IVA they didn't close it.
I had a credit card before my IVA so I opened an account at Natwest then when my IVA came through I found that Natwest was actually 1 of my creditors.
Would be good if somebody could post something on here in relation to financial institutions that are linked.
