So GT have issued my CC... I haven't actually received it yet! But my question is when you have your CC is it really over, no ppi no change of heart from GT...I am still on tender hooks and cant believe its really done. Has anyone had anything happens after they get their cc?

After you get your CC, all being equal, the only thing they can claim is PPI, or any windfall that happened before the IVA completed but didn't pay out until afterwards.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Well done and hope you receive the CC very soon.

It's hard to believe it's over isn't it or almost. Today I had an email confirming my last payment 28th January and instruction to cancel the standing order, doesn't seem real as yet.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I still believe its all over. Operation clean up the files is underway. I expect it to take 12 months.

Maybe then a new car?!?

If there are overhanging issues, Angelbear, then your IP should advise you of these (so long as they are within their knowledge of course) at the time that closure is effected.
