Hi all

Today, my partner and I both received a letter from a company called CCDS. Not sure how to attach a picture as I'm using my phone, but it's regarding our IVA.
It says something along the lines of "if you are in a IVA or DMP you may have been mis-sold it and could be debt free quicker if you call us" and goes on to explain that for most people a DRO is better than an IVA.
Now there are only two ways this company would have obtained both our details. One, our IVA company is selling our details, or two, CCDS has been trawling the insolvency register and targeting people in IVA's for marketing purposes. I can't see how either of these are acceptable, is it even legal for companies to contact people on the insolvency register to try and sell them things?
I'm really not happy about this, whichever way they've got our details.
Has anyone else had this happen to them?
Thanks xx
