right now to update you on our situation.
I manged to contact our ip firm on 23rd dec, i was told that my supervisor was on holiday and had been a week previous. I asked to speak to the ip that represented me in court, and was put through to the insolvency manager of this firm, she said she would look through the post for my letter, put on hold, came back and said she had found it would look at it straight away and ring me back, i asked if i could speak to M..... M..... my IP, but was told that she would look after my case from now on, and there was no need to speak to him, i find that strange. anyway she got back to me and we talked at length, she reasusrred me that my monthly payment could be brought down to £300 per month, it started off at £380, i told her about reducing the monthly fee this month, and explained why, she said it was ok, and that to send in the reciepts for the garage and shopping, so they are in the post. She was so understanding, i could not believe the difference one person could make, my first supervisor made me feel like a leper, this lady has put some confidence back in me, i feel supported and human. The stress has begun to lift some. I still have to wait for the outcome of the decision, as it may have to go back to the crditors, but i feel good that i can talk to this lady with confidence instead of fear, i will keep you updated over the next month or so, i hope it won't take long. best wishes and HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL READERS.
