I'm sure Mel will be in touch when she has seen the letter and this should hopefully put your mind at ease if nothing else.

we havnt met our IP at all, the first time we spoke with her or him, still not sure which one it is, was at the court hearing via phone asking us to agree or lose the iva. we did have an agent come to our house to pick up all documentation, wage slips bank statements, car documents, ID and creditors statements. And thats all, all communication was done with office staff via phone, and thats because i called them.
mad realy, i wish i could start again with all the advicve i have know, i'm sure it would be a lot different, never mind i hope i've got the ball rolling now.

I think a lot of us feel like that.

I spoke to my IP on the date of acceptance, otherwise it's a case worker I deal with, and to be fair, I'm more than happy with that at the moment.

He's obviously having a rough time, but he seems to be doing ok and I wish him well with giving up.

Get him to come on here - he'll love us all![:D]

I'm sure if he read some of the blogs he would see that there are a lot of us in the same position and it does help to know that you are not alone. If you can't talk to any of your real friends or family about it, your virtual family and friends are here anytime you want us.

Have you checked on the Royal Mail website to make sure that they have received it? You know what the post is like this time of year.

If you haven't heard anything by Monday afternoon, I'd give them a ring.

Hi Moneypenny.

I hope they get in touch with you soon. I would give them a ring just to check they have received it.

Let us know the outcome.

That's not good, but at least you know it's there now.

Good idea to get hubby to sit down with you. Don't bottle it up either, much better if you can talk things out between you.
