Just got in from work to a nice letter telling me my mortgage SVR is increasing - not because the Bank of England base rate has increased it's because of increased funding and capital costs of running my mortgage and they need to reflect the higher cost in their SVR! Just when you think things are going well...........bang! I can manage the increase of £15 per month just! Review time in February so will have to add it on then. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I hate those letters, especially when they try to word them like good news!

and it gets worse but not financially.....one of the dogs decided the lavender bush was a good place to sleep and that's all squashed when I went outside to groom them! now the iron station has packed up but that is insured so just inconvenient! can't be anything else surely I only left work at 5pm!

Oh I know Melanie, looking back it's gone very quickly, don't think I'd be where I am today without your help and understanding during the IVA though Melanie, needed a great IP to keep me on track. x
