As you all know I went BR on Monday. Today I have received a letter from "The Bankcruptcy Protection Fund". The letter starts "WE are very sorry to hear you have recently been declared bankrupt, however if you are a home owner the Bankruptcy Protection Fund can help you.

At the bottom it goes on to say " All enquiries are FREE and if we can help, our Law Society accredited Solicitors will apply to the courts to cancel the bankruptcy."

How on earth have the got my details so quickly!

They probably subscribe to Stubbs Gazette which details all bankruptcy appointments on a daily basis.
