Hi Phil
I am with payplan, and over all i have found these to be ok. I had trouble getting response to my emails but this has since been sorted out. I have found payplan very understanding, and helpful

I've been transferred to Grant Thornton and am hoping that they will prove to be more efficient than DM.

PAULIO - I was shocked to see what your repayments were and what they went up to on another posting.

I've been transferred to Grant Thornton too. Got an annual statement today and they have taken about 80% of the money I've paid in in fees and vat. Livid because Debtmatters said they wouldn't take any. Has anyone found this?

I'm with Payplan as well and found them to be approachable and helpful. We were DMP with another firm when we contacted them with a view to changing DMP companies and it was them who suggested the IVA. We haven't looked back since.
