Hi everyone,
My hubby has received a late claim opportunity from Debt Free Direct. We had a joint over draft with HSBC and this was included in my sole IVA. My husband didn't bother making a claim at the time and his SOA amount was put in for £1. The overdraft went to Max Recovery and he did pay off the whole of the £2000 in under a year. We don't really understand what to do next! Do we fill in the form with my hubby as the creditor? It is also asking for a statement, particulars of security held and the value of security. I am not sure what this means!! Any help would be great!

Good for DFD. Your husband is entitled to claim for 50% of what was owed on the overdraft as he took responsibility for the debt. Ring DFD for help in completion of the form and he should get his money.
