Hi I have been in an IVA with Grant Thornton since Nov 2006, I made my last payment Nov 2011 and still haven't got my completion certificate, I have emailed the closure team 4 times but haven't really got a satisfactory answer as to when I will receive my completion certificate, can anyone help me.

Hi YorkieGirl
I understand your frustration with not recieving your closure documents but worse still is not knowing what is happening or being kept informed.
My advice would be to email the closure team again on Monday asking for for an explanation why your closure is being held up,what is being done to rectify the matter and also an estimated time frame for the issue of your documents.
If they dont reply or you dont get a satisfactory answer email again and again, eventually you will get the facts you are entitled to.

If you have no luck and can't get anywhere go through complaints. They will have to answer then. Hopefully karol wiLl be along to help you
