My 60th payment left my account today. Where did the time go? Must admit, not feeling as chuffed as I thought I would, still waiting for the catch!

Hi josu

I made my final payment on 30th October , it's a strange feeling to know that your next wage will be your own , hopefully the certificate will be here soon

Last payment made 06.09.13! waiting for Completion Certificate. Could do with some mortgage advice, any suggestions? I am with NRAM at the moment.

I am not sure a re-mortgage will be readily available to you right now Gail, however no harm in contacting one of the forum expects Shaun Vickery or Ryan to see what they can offer. It may depend on the loan to value that you are looking to borrow.

It does take a while to sink in what you have achieved. I sat down and looked over my old credit card bills and couldnt believe how much I was forking out in interest alone (and that wasnt the 2 loans as well). Thats when it hit home how much better off I am now.

Fantastic, once you realise no more payments as in the next one stays in your bank it will feel real. Next milestone getting that all important certificate x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
