Hopefully you are getting somewhere -- but I do wonder why it is only GT ( or appears to be) that the creditors are picking on over PPI --- I know I am an old cynic .... but why have all other IP's been managing, whilst the might of GT falls over ??

Yes that was my concern too Foggy. As I say, I took it all with a mildly hopeful pinch of salt. I'm on holiday next week for 2 weeks so I'm hoping when I walk through the door on my return, it will be there waiting for me. If NOT, well then the battle will indeed intensify

No problems. I have a feeling my complaint to that email address spurred them into action, because I contacted them on Tuesday and got my completion certificate emailed to me today. Sadly, it's not the gold embossed piece of correspondence I was hoping for to mark this momumental occasion, but rather a 3 or 4 line bland letter that essentially says YOU'RE FREE!!!

No, massively disappointed!! I'm hoping there are some baloons and a bottle of something special being delivered by GT at some point next week

If only they did hey!
Well got the generic 'we are looking into your query' reply but at least they have my questions so fingers crossed I get an answer within the '10 days' they say it takes to get back!
