I have never heard of them - please speak to someone else. I've looked at their website and there is not a lot of information on there.

Point of interest - are you based in England or Scotland?

I am a big fan of IVA's, but it is simply not the right thing for you.

To enter an IVA you will need to produce evidence that you can afford a minimum of £70 per month for 5 years. Some firms may accept a lower payment, but I personally don't know of any. Your DLA, or PIP, cannot be used in the calculations of what you can afford. It will be listed and then offset in full, so it is as if you do not receive it. The process of evidencing a proposal and arranging a creditors meeting will take usually 6 to 8 weeks. Creditors can object, and my guess is that even if you went forward with that then they would not accept it on the grounds of unaffordability. Even, very unlikely, if they did accept it, why pay £4,200 over 5 years when you can pay £90 and have done with it? With the right paperwork and co-operation from yourself then a DRO could take 2 to 3 weeks. My own record is 1 day, but that is exceptional.

Regards.

Pop along to your local CAB. I believe they can put you in touch with a DRO introducer, if that is a suitable solution.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Debt Navigator are a lead generator who will pass solely to Creditfix. They do not give advice, and if they do then they are not authorised by the FCA to do so, as far as I can tell.

Good job really, as you are clearly getting, ahem, inappropriate information re these penalty notices.

Good luck and regards.

As long as you let the intermediary know of the details of these incomes then there will be no problem with them at all.
