There are a few of us from here over there. I have an inkling of who size 5 might be over there, but not sure.

Ditz ... the main reason I go over there is because the advice given is often wrong, it takes days to get a response and there is no support at all --- so I sent people over here for expert advice and the general comraderie you get over here. However, they don't seem to want to actually help people but rather to promote their own site!

They do have some good things on there. I have the newsletter emailed to me, it's just that some of his information on debt solutions is wrong.

Then again, some of the IP companies I look at sometimes are way out of date and/or full of inaccurancies.

None of the ones on here though!!!

I've been a longstanding poster on there since 2008 and I've seen a real shift in attitude to be honest as a lot of the boards posters really get attacked when they post something, you do have to be careful what you post over there sometimes.

I agree with Foggy (do you know who I am over there Foggy?), I post on the IVA board and Foggy is right, people post and don't get a response for days, the DFW board is the one I frequented when I first joined in an effort to get tips to reduce my debt, but now when I look back and I see some of the advice given, when people post their SOA's and are advised to cut back their food budget to unsustainable amounts to pay their debts back, or go on neverending DMP's, I just shake my head in despair really.

Everyone advises to call the 'charities' all the time and not the bloodsucking commerical companies who only care about making a profit out of you (I jest)

But on the plus side, I get a lot of bargains from there (the quick, grab it while you can and food shopping boards are good for that), helped me pick up my son's birthday present for half the price it should have been!

I am still completely in the dark about who size 5 is over there though, hmmmmmm
