Being someone who praises and knocks, its only fair to point out that despite getting the info from select anly at the back end of last week, Laura from DFD has this morning, emailed me to confirm that the internal review has been completed and they have forwarded their decision to the Supervisor for them to review.
That's good service - keep it up DFD!
