As some may remember I had to cancel my last month (December) payment due to lack of funds, when I was what was thought coming to an end to my IVA. I spoke to Mazars and they said it was fine and would be sending letter to extend it 1 extra month.

This action must of got them to look into my IVA, as I received a call today to say my IVA should have been completed in October [:D][:D]

The lady said this is because I was paying prior to the IVA being agreed and set up (I think it may be because it was a 60 month IVA instead of a 63, I have yet to look at my document to check).

Anyway she had said they owe me a payment which is £350 and will be sent on the next 2 weeks[:D][:D]

Now I have complained about Mazars in the past due to a very lack of costumer care, but I do not care now (though they have informed me the completion will take a max of 2 months).

How about that for a fantastic Xmas present, and to think I will get £350 just before Xmas.

I am now out of debt, have cancelled my standing order and will have an extra £350 in my account each month.

Oh happy days
Not sure what happened but I am all paid up and finished...they even owe me money now :)))

I suppose the only think there is left to complain about then, is the fact that it took them so long to pick up on this fact - but what nice suprise for you just before Christmas.

Well done on completing the IVA - it must be a great feeling to be finally debt free!
