me and my partner have just made our first payment of our iva but have just found out that we are expecting our fourth child. we currently have car finance with first respnse and have 20 months left to pay but we need a bigger car we are really worried as we think the iva will fail and if we can get a bigger car?

Hi Nicholas! Congratulations on the pregnancy!!
Have a chat to your IP about options such as a payment break or a payment reduction. However, if the IVA is not sustainable long-term with your increased expenditure, you also have the option of a DMP or even BR. The creditors may even consider completing the final with funds paid to date when your disposable income drops.
Only your IP can really advise on your specific situation.

Congrats on the pregnancy..4 children hey...you're brave! I'm sure if you speak to your IP they'll be able to sort something out for you..all you can do is ask! x
