IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

They have agreed to do a complete review and have changed my Relationship Manager....
I have still however put all my Points and concerns in an Email.
i'm Hopeful we will get a full resolution on the Matter, They do seem to want to...
