Lisa, I agree with Skippy, please don't keep it to yourself. Not so long back I posted for help with advice for my pal who has MS and the support you and others especially Skippy was invaluable.

We're all here to help each other - hope you're feeling better.

I suppose it just helps to know that theres you guys on here who i can moan to, who it doesnt affect personally. Kind of makes it easier to get the worries off my chest.
I'm still staggering quite a bit today and keep going dizzy but im being very careful and i am trying not to let it get me down. I wont let it beat me if i can help it.
The 2 older children are constanly watching for problems so they can help me in any way they can. The youngest hasnt a clue and the middle one is such a worrier. He sees me fall and goes into blind panic. Its difficult for him as he is the more sensitive of all the children. He doesnt talk about the MS, just always hugs me and says "are you sure you're ok"
None of the kids like me being in the house on my own. Its like they have a timetable going on who's gonna babysit mum, even if i'm feeling ok.
I look at my life this way........i cant make the MS go away so lets just enjoy life before things get too bad.
I have a wonderful support network, my kids, my mum, my neighbour and of course you guys on this forum so despite everything, life is kind of good.

Hi Mrs Skint
I'm thinking of you in this slightly grey time. In fact me being the insensitive pillock I am I thought should I try to cheer her up with an MS Jokette. But then I thought that would be in very poor taste even for me . But then I had a re thunk .. and here it is ...

There was once a young man who, in his youth, professed his desire to become a great writer. When asked to define "great" he said, "I want to write stuff that the whole world will read, stuff that people will react to on a truly emotional level. Stuff that will make them scream, cry, and howl in pain and anger!"

He now works for MicroSoft, writing error messages.

Hi Skint One

How are you feeling today? We hope you're feeling a little better if not swinging of the chandelier.
