Sounds strange to me?

Surely you should have been informed from the outset?

A lot of insolvency practitioners take appointments jointly, to cover death, illness or simply moving employment.

My IVA was put through by McCambridge Duffy ... I had one person to put the proposal together, another to check it, another to check me (!) and another one as my Supervisor. The rationale given to me was that every pair of eyes provides a fresh 'look' on the situation and each can verify the professionalism of the others ... it worked really well
