If you are entering into a joint proposal with with your partner is it possible to offer different returns to each of your creditors eg 25p to the majority ( mine) and then 40 p to my partners as they include HSBC![?]

Hi ggr

There is no such thing as a joint IVA. So your suggestion will work perfectly well as IVAs are individual voluntary arrangements. So if you can afford to offer separate contributions to produce the differing returns, this is exactly the right way forward.
