Hi all. Massive changes in shifts at work have resulted in me doubting I can get my children looked after and now Im doubting my employment. Looking at other jobs but they don't pay as much, short by around 10k. What would happen to the iva if I quit my job due ot childcare issues, I take it it would fail. I don't know what do to here for the best. Only been in iva for three months [:(]

At this early stage the IVA would fail if you were unable to keep up the payments. You might be able to negotiate a break to allow you to find alternative employment. Or you could look at alternative solutions.

Could you, please, refresh my (failing) memory:

Tell me your total debt and whether you are a home owner or do you rent ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
