Hi johan and welcome to the forum

You would need to check with the individual companies you are looking to be employed by to see what their policy is with regard to an IVA. Some companies in that sector do have a harsh policy when it comes to people who are bankrupt or who have entered into an IVA.

Hey johan, I think if you can repay your debt in full within three years you won't need an IVA. Have you tried talking to your creditors to negotiate more affordable payments? If you can post some more details we can help further. X
