Just had my initial chat with Tina Shortland. I have to check on a few things and e mail her the information. She says at the moment my case looks straight foward. Now all I have to do is open my new bank account and start cancelling and moving my direct debits and await the phone calls from the creditors. I'm so glad I've read this forum thoroughly and know what to expect.

It's a step in the right direction. Congratulations on picking an excellent firm and starting things moving.

Good luck and keep us informed as to your progress.

You're heading in the right direction to debt freedom, you've chosen a very good IP to represent you and I hope your journey is a smooth free one. All the best and don't forget to let us have those updates.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
