An IVA with a disposable income at £200 for £60k worth of debt may well be viable. I am regularly now getting IVAs accepted with dividends of 5p in the £ or more - so long as the outcome is better than bankruptcy the dividend return should not be a barrier and I am suprised that the debt calculator you have used is giving this indication.
