How would I feel if I was still in this position in 13 months time? I'm afraid I don't have the words to adequately describe how I would feel but desolated and betrayed would be among them.
I'm a simple person who perhaps naively believes that agreements should be adhered to unless a negotiated change is agreed. I actually believe that I am behind my agreed timeline that should have been 60 months with the proviso that it must not exceed 72 months. I also believe that the current IVA closure fiasco operated by some IVA companies is a scandal that will incur repercussions in the future.

That's about right actually, and some of the other posters are even angrier.

I see Sterling, I may have misunderstood it sounds like yours is the standard 60 months plus change...In which case your delays are similar to mine.
