If you are married or have a partner, you might also consider want to consider the impact on your IVA if their income were to cease for a while.

Hi hoobily,

You can take this cover at any time whilst in an IVA, and it will run automatically to the 5th anniversary of the IVA start, unless you cancel it.

If for any reason your IVA is extended, we can consider lengthening the cover, subject to underwriting.

Hi angela18,

It makes no difference to the premium cost whether we issue two Certificates or one, but it may impact upon your bank charges.

If the two IVA's stated on the same day, a joint cover will therefore be cheaper.
