With regards to the council tax although you probably pay over 10 months, an IP will work it out over 12 so over the year it works out ok.
You really need to put down the actual cost for fares. Things look great on paper, but we normally end up with about £10 in the bank at the end of the month (we do ok though - don't get me wrong), however if you shave a bit off the true cost, you may struggle and it would be a shame if the true cost would be accepted.
I would ask them to take out the fees if no longer paid, but leave the pension in. They can only say no and it won't fail the application, they will just ask for a modification, which can be agreed on the day and not hold things up.

Taking it off assuming they will reject it is a bit silly though. If they reject it at the meeting then so be it but if you can get it through then it is 5 years worth of building some form of financial security for you in retirement in order to not be in this kind of situation again. I would put it through. What is your disposable income you are offering is it very low is that why you feel you have to shave off the budgets?
Yes my surplus income is quite low and subject to a proposed pay cut. Not implemented, but proposed...

But I do spend £150 a month on public transport- it's the nature of my job- I am a professional and I travel for work. That is what I pay

They have stopped us being able to claim transport costs back 4 months ago. I have to travel on a bus and train...

Is the IVA amount available less than £200 monthly?

What she means is previously I think you quoted a ball park figure of £154 for fares so put that down. Don't shave off £4 and then struggle to pay your fares every month if you did that on every budget within the IVA you would really struggle.

Sorry Sammy - I must have got confused with another thread - I thought your travel was slightly higher! It's late!!!
I suppose if you haven't sorted the pension out yet then I can see it might be an issue. What is your expected return on these figures again?

My IP at payplan put that forward at less than 200 on the proposal so she must think we have a good chance of success.

Trouble is I don't keep each and every recipt for travel. I emailed her one day saver recipt for £5.40 and averaged it.
5.40 x7 x4= 151
The IP added it as 150 on the budget sheet...

Sammy did you ask this question or similar on a different thread cause even your travel costs are the same as what I now think I have dreamt. What's your pence in the pound return to creditors?

Will she want to see each individual bus ticket. I sent her one that I kept and it was a daysaver. I throught that would be okay averaged out as I buy one every day at £5.40 a throw...it covers all bus companies accross the area.

Thus you can see how it averages at £150 at the most per month...I travel- alot. Weekends I go and see my family who live 10 miles away

I can see that as proof enough what it costs. Do you work 7 days a week? Cause you're factoring in 28 days of payments
